The location is absolutely perfect for a winter holiday, as it is right in the center of Sestriere, one of the most exclusive ski resorts. The ski slopes of the Milky Way ski area are just a short walk away, offering over 440 km of slopes for endless fun on the snow. We also enjoyed the unique position of the hotel, which provided a stunning environment during the summer months. It was truly a versatile destination for our family.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a larger play area for children.

Loved this hotel for its great location right by the ski slopes - so convenient! The breakfast was really tasty, lots of good options to choose from. Best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help and always with a smile.
The room wasn't as spacious as we expected - a bit of a tight squeeze. , it would have been great if the bar had more comfortable seating – it wasn't very cozy.

The rooms at Hotel Cristallo were so comfy and cozy! I loved the soft beds and the fact that they had heating. The private bathrooms were also a major plus, with hairdryers and safes for my valuables. And the free WiFi was a nice touch too!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the cable Internet connection in the rooms. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Great ski proximity and multiple amenities/appliances. the hotel is conveniently located right across the ski lifts making it easy to jump right into a skiing adventure. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with ample amenities such as a gym, sauna, hot tub, and steam room. there is a separate room for storing skis, which was a huge advantage in terms of convenience.
Poor soundproofing and noisy guests. Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the rooms is quite poor, which made it hard to sleep at times.

The location was perfect, being very close to the slopes and ski school. It was so convenient to leave our ski boots in the designated room and have them warm up overnight. The hotel was also located near several shops and restaurants, making it easy to find everything we needed.
The noise from the street below was quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was in bad condition, and there was no minibar available in the room.

The hotel's proximity to the ski lifts is a definite plus, making it a convenient choice for avid skiers. With its location right across from the slopes, it's a great option for those looking to hit the fresh powder early in the morning. the clean rooms and spacious bathrooms provide a comfortable stay , while the friendly and helpful staff make for a pleasant experience.
The lack of variety in the breakfast buffet was a downside.
